9:00 am: Farmers Market9:00 am: Farmers Market – The Main Street Steamboat Farmers Market is located along the scenic Yampa River Yampa Street between 6th and 8th Streets. Held on Saturdays from June 5 to September 18, the official hours are 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. but if you are out riding your bike or getting in a quick run before the day’s events, you can usually pick up a cup of coffee, pastry or even a breakfast burrito before the crowds arrive. The Farmers Market features fresh fruit and vegetables each week, as well as local meat, cheese, and baked goods. The market focuses on food and offers a wide variety of local and cottage industry products. You can pick up fresh bread and pies, local beef, bison, pork, and lamb as well as jams, syrups, and honey. Look to the sky as 20+ balloons dot the horizon with color Saturday and Sunday morning. There will be no spectators allowed at the launch site this year. Instead, head over to the Ski Town Ballfields for the public viewing area with tethered balloons, food and merchant vendors, and family fun. Surrounded by the beauty of nature, delicate gardens, and serene pond, you’ll find the peace and stillness is unmatched in the Botanic Park. Participants must wear a face mask or keep six feet socially distant without a mask. Bring a face mask, mat or towel, water, sunscreen, and bug spray. Walk, bike, or carpool to yoga whenever possible as there is limited parking. A $10 donation is requested. Funds help support the Botanic Park and fund instructors. |

The Steamboat Pro Rodeo Series takes place every Friday and Saturday night with special performances July 1-4 in Downtown Steamboat Springs. 9:00 am: Farmers Market9:00 am: Farmers Market – The Main Street Steamboat Farmers Market is located along the scenic Yampa River Yampa Street between 6th and 8th Streets. Held on Saturdays from June 5 to September 18, the official hours are 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. but if you are out riding your bike or getting in a quick run before the day’s events, you can usually pick up a cup of coffee, pastry or even a breakfast burrito before the crowds arrive. The Farmers Market features fresh fruit and vegetables each week, as well as local meat, cheese, and baked goods. The market focuses on food and offers a wide variety of local and cottage industry products. You can pick up fresh bread and pies, local beef, bison, pork, and lamb as well as jams, syrups, and honey.
