All town-homes have multiple TV’s, DVD players, & alarm clock radios; multiple stone gas fireplaces; a private bathroom and two Porches bathrobes in each room; wireless internet access; humidity control system, air conditioning, & forced hot air; washer & dryer with laundry detergent; private phones in almost every room; heated two-car garage; and a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops, dishes, glassware, and cooking utensils.
In addition, all homes are equipped with all linens and towels; dish soap, sponges, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and trash bags in each kitchen; and soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, tissue, toilet paper, and a hair dryer in each bathroom.
In an effort to conserve water and be more environmentally friendly at The Porches, we will be offering one mid-week clean only on stays of 5 nights or more. This mid-week clean includes a linen & towel change, a vacuuming of the high traffic areas, and a general tidying of the unit. Additional housekeeping is available by request for a $36/hour fee.
Our amenities building, known as “The Barn,” includes the front desk, a business center, internet access, & a kitchen area with a complimentary coffee and tea bar. The inviting lounge area features a stone gas fireplace and a pool table.
Downstairs you will find a state-of-the-art fitness facility with state-of-the-art equipment, a co-ed steam room, men’s & women’s locker rooms, and a kids’ game room. Outside in the pool area are two hot tubs, a gas fire-pit, a large barbecue grill, and a heated year-round pool.
During the summer season our front desk is open daily from 7:00am until 11:00pm, and on-call shuttle service will be provided from 7:15am until 10:45pm once you have arrived on property.
