Cancellation Policy

We understand that during this time vacation planning looks a little different, to accommodate the needs of our guests we have modified our cancellation policy.
As always, a 25% deposit will be due at the time of booking and the final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival.

FOR ALL NEW RESERVATIONS

In the event a guest would like to cancel a reservation for a non-COVID related reason their reservation will be subject to our standard cancellation policy. This policy states that all payments made are non-refundable.

We highly recommend that our guests purchase travel insurance, please see below for more information on the policy we offer.

COVID RELATED CANCELLATIONS

• If a guest is unable to travel due to COVID-19 related issues the guest may cancel their reservation up to 30 days prior to their arrival date and receive a full credit of payments made to be used within 14 months of the original arrival date.

• If a Stay at Home/Stay in Place Order is in effect in either the guest’s home state or Colorado during the time of the guest’s travel dates that prevents the guest from travelling we are happy to offer a full credit of payments made to be used within 14 months of the original arrival day, or a guest may request a full refund of payments made, less applicable fees.

• For guests that pay via credit card and have to cancel, applicable fees of 10% may be withheld from the refund of payments made. For guests that pay via certified funds $150 may be withheld from the refund of payments made.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

In addition to this cancellation policy we highly encourage our guests to purchase travel insurance. This will protect your trip in the event that you or someone in your group becomes sick, injured, or delayed.
