Our vacation rentals are the perfect place to stay with a larger group. There’s plenty of dining space,  at the dining table and barstools. You can make coffee in the morning or prepare delicious meals in the gourmet kitchen. Our kitchens include coffee makers, tea kettles, toasters, microwaves, stoves, granite countertops and custom cabinets. Our Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances allow you to store any snacks or leftovers you may have from dining at local cafes and restaurants.

When it’s time to recharge with a nap or gain a peaceful night of sleep, there are five bedrooms to stay in. Here’s an overview of the rooms in our Steamboat rental home:

  • Main-level master suite: You can organize your outfits in a walk-in closet and sleep peacefully in our main-level master suite. The room includes a gas fireplace and expansive windows with outdoor views. When it’s time to get refreshed, the en suite bathroom features a double split vanity, soaking tub, rain shower and heated floors for you to use.
  • Upstairs-level master suite: The upstairs master suite contains a bed, lounge chair and dresser for storage. You can step onto a private balcony and breathe the fresh air while relaxing in rocking chairs. The en suite bath includes a double vanity and a rain shower.
  • Mother-in-law quarters: You can stay in the lower level area with its own mother-in-law quarters and en suite bath. Our downstairs space includes a home theater with comfy chairs and sofas where you can watch your favorite movies or shows. There is also a wet bar and entertainment features, like billiards and a game table.
  • Upper-level bunk room: The Porches signature upper-level bunk room includes two bunk beds and a queen bed, accommodating six children or guests. The space features an en suite bath. You can lounge in a beanbag chair or play games at a table.
  • Upstairs bedroom: You can accommodate one to two guests in an upstairs bedroom. The room includes a comfy bed surrounded by windows with stunning views and natural lighting. Enjoy an en suite bath and an adjoining loft with a secluded desk and office chair.
