How many people can your Steamboat vacation homes sleep?

Our homes range from 4 to 5 bedrooms and comfortably sleep 10 to 14 guests. These are full-size luxury homes, not condos or townhomes, with separate bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, large living areas, and spacious kitchens. Every group stays together under one roof with plenty of room to gather and plenty of room to spread out.
Are the homes good for multi-family ski trips?

They're built for exactly that. Each home has 4 to 5 bedrooms with comfortable beds and premium linens, so two or three families can share a home without anyone feeling cramped. Large dining tables seat the whole group, open kitchens make meal prep easy, and entertainment spaces give kids and adults their own zones. Are The Porches vacation homes ski-in/ski-out?

The Porches is not ski-in/ski-out. Our homes sit at the base of Steamboat Resort, and the private shuttle gets you to the gondola in 3 to 5 minutes. For most groups, the shuttle is actually more convenient than traditional ski-in/ski-out. No hauling gear through lobbies, no waiting for elevators in ski boots. You step outside, the shuttle picks you up, and you are at the lifts.

The Barn is our private 6,000 sq ft clubhouse available exclusively to Porches guests. Yes. The Barn features a heated all-season pool and a jetted spa, plus a steam room for deep recovery after a long ski day. Unlike public hot springs that can get crowded, The Barn pool and spa are exclusive to Porches guests, so your group can relax without competing for space. The locker rooms have showers so you can clean up right there before heading to dinner.
What is there for kids to do when they're not skiing?

The Barn's game room has Xbox, Wii, and board games that keep kids entertained for hours. The heated pool is a favorite for all ages. In the homes, many properties have game tables (pool, foosball, air hockey) and flat-screen TVs for movie nights.
