Where are your rentals located?

Our rental homes are located at The Porches, a private 16-acre neighborhood perfectly situated half a mile from the base of the mountain and 2.5 miles from downtown Steamboat Springs.

Where is the closest airport?

The Yampa Valley Regional Airport is the closest airport, located just 25 miles from Steamboat Springs. The closest major airport is Denver International Airport, 175 miles from Steamboat Springs. The drive from Denver International Airport to Steamboat Springs can take anywhere from 3 to 5 hours depending on traffic and road conditions.

Are your rentals pet friendly?

While we love our furry friends, our rentals are not pet friendly.

Do you provide a shuttle service?

As a guest of The Porches you do have access to the private shuttle for The Porches community, this is  a complimentary service. The Porches shuttle will take you to the mountain and around town.  The shuttle operates daily and the hours of operation change seasonally.

Are your rental homes ski-in/ski-out?

While our rental homes are not ski-in/ski-out, the private shuttle service makes it easy to get to the mountain each day as well as around town.

What are your payment policies?

We take a 25% deposit at the time of booking and the final payment 30 days prior to arrival.

What is your cancellation policy?

All payments are non-refundable. We understand that plans change and highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your stay. We offer travel insurance through Rental Guardian.

What are the parking options?

Our rental homes have a 1 or 2 car heated garage depending on the home you book, with additional spots outside of the rental home. Please reach out to our reservation team if you have multiple cars for the recommended parking options.
